비송사건절차법 제64조(변경의 등기)

① 법인 사무소의 신설ㆍ이전, 그 밖의 등기사항의 변경등기 신청서에는 사무소의 신설ㆍ이전 또는 등기사항의 변경을 증명하는 서면을 첨부하되, 주무관청의 허가가 필요한 사항은 그 허가서 또는 그 인증이 있는 등본을 첨부하여야 한다.

② 임시이사가 제1항에 따른 등기를 신청하는 경우에는 신청서에 그 자격을 증명하는 서면을 첨부하여야 한다.
