Non-Contentious Case Procedure Act, Article 24 (Bearing of Costs)

재판 전의 절차와 재판의 고지 비용은 부담할 자를 특별히 정한 경우를 제외하고는 사건의 신청인이 부담한다. 다만, 검사가 신청한 경우에는 국고에서 부담한다.
