비상대비에 관한 법률 제1조(목적)

이 법은 전시ㆍ사변이나 이에 준하는 비상 시에 국민의 생명과 재산을 보호하기 위하여 국가차원의 비상대비에 관한 계획의 수립, 인력ㆍ물자 등 자원의 관리 및 교육ㆍ훈련의 실시 등에 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 한다.
