비상대비에 관한 법률 시행령 제35조(자체연습)

① 자원관리주관기관의 장과 지방자치단체의 장은 그 책임하에 해당 기관의 전시대비계획을 검토ㆍ보완하기 위하여 매년 정기 또는 수시로 지역별 또는 부문별 자체연습을 실시할 수 있다. 이 경우 연습방법은 도상연습과 실제연습으로 구분한다. <개정 2022.7.4>

② 자체연습은 자원관리주관기관의 장(지방자치단체의 2개 부문 이상에 걸치는 자체연습의 경우에는 행정안전부장관)이 연습의 방법ㆍ기간 등을 정하여 국무총리의 승인을 받아 실시명령을 발령한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26, 2022.7.4>
