비상대비에 관한 법률 시행령 제25조(동시관리훈련통지서의 발급 및 교부)

① 시ㆍ도지사등은 법 제18조제2항에 따른 훈련실시명령이 있는 경우에는 인력훈련통지서와 물적자원훈련통지서를 발급하여, 훈련실시일 7일 전(훈련을 갑자기 실시하는 경우에는 그 기간을 줄일 수 있다)까지 훈련대상물자의 소유자 또는 업체의 장에게 한꺼번에 직접 교부하거나 훈련대상물자 소유자의 거주지 또는 업체의 소재지를 관할하는 시장등으로 하여금 한꺼번에 교부하게 하여야 한다.

② 제1항의 경우에 시ㆍ도지사등은 훈련대상자의 거주지가 훈련대상물자 소유자의 거주지 또는 업체의 소재지와 다른 경우에는 인력훈련통지서의 교부 결과를 지체 없이 훈련대상자의 거주지를 관할하는 시ㆍ도지사등에게 통보하여야 한다.

③ 제1항에 따른 인력훈련통지서와 물적자원훈련통지서를 받은 훈련대상물자의 소유자 또는 업체의 장은 인력훈련통지서를 그 대상자에게 지체 없이 전달하여 훈련실시일에 동시관리훈련업무에 종사할 수 있도록 조치하여야 한다.
