부패방지 및 국민권익위원회의 설치와 운영에 관한 법률 제56조(공직자의 부패행위 신고의무)

공직자는 그 직무를 행함에 있어 다른 공직자가 부패행위를 한 사실을 알게 되었거나 부패행위를 강요 또는 제의받은 경우에는 지체 없이 이를 수사기관ㆍ감사원 또는 위원회에 신고하여야 한다.
