부패방지 및 국민권익위원회의 설치와 운영에 관한 법률 제23조(사무처의 설치)

① 위원회의 사무를 처리하기 위하여 위원회에 사무처를 둔다.

(1) A어 Secretariat세크^r리테^r리엇 shall섈 be비 established이스태블리시트 in인 the^ð더 Commission커미션 to투 handle핸들 the^ð디 affairs어^f페어즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Commission.커미션

② 사무처에 사무처장 1명을 두되, 사무처장은 위원장이 지명한 부위원장이 겸직하고, 위원장의 지휘를 받아 위원회의 소관 사무를 관장하며 소속 직원을 지휘ㆍ감독한다.

(2) The^ð더 Secretariat세크^r리테^r리엇 shall섈 have해^v브 one원 Secretary세크^r러테^r리 General,제너^r럴 who후 shall섈 be비 concurrently컨커^r런틀리 held헬드 by바이 a어 vice^v바이스 chairperson체어퍼슨 designated데지그네이티드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson,체어퍼슨 and앤드 who후 shall,섈 under언더 the^ð더 direction더^r렉션 of어^v브 the^ð더 chairperson,체어퍼슨 take테이크 charge차지 of어^v브 the^ð디 affairs어^f페어즈 under언더 the^ð더 jurisdiction주^r러스딕션 of어^v브 the^ð더 Commission커미션 and앤드 direct더^r렉트 and앤드 supervise수퍼^v바이즈 the^ð더 staff스태^f프 belonging빌롱잉 to투 it.잇

③ 이 법에 규정된 사항 외에 사무처의 조직 및 운영에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
