위원회는 동일한 부패행위에 대하여 2명 이상이 연명으로 법 제55조 및 제56조에 따른 부패행위 신고(이하 이 장 및 제5장에서 "신고"라 한다)를 하려는 경우에는 그 중 1명을 대표자로 선정하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2019.10.15>
