부산 해양수도 이전기관 지원에 관한 특별법 제1조(목적)

이 법은 해양수산부 관련 기능의 고도화를 위하여 중앙행정기관 등 공공기관 및 기업의 부산광역시 이전에 따른 지원에 관한 사항을 규정하여 해양수산부 관련 기관ㆍ단체와 집적을 촉진함으로써 국가 경쟁력 강화에 기여함을 목적으로 한다.
