Enforcement Decree of the Act on Restoration of Honor and Compensation for Persons Related to the Bu-Ma Democratic Protests, Article 3 (Functions of the Committee)

① 위원회는 법 제4조제2항제6호에 따른 명예회복(이하 "명예회복"이라 한다)에 관한 결정을 한 경우로서 필요한 때에는 관련자에 대한 명예회복의 조치를 대통령에게 건의할 수 있다.
