1. 부마민주항쟁과 관련하여 사망하거나 행방불명으로 확인된 사람의 유족에게 보상금을 조정ㆍ지급하는 경우: 위원회에서 조정ㆍ지급을 결정할 당시의 기준임금(「최저임금법」 제10조제1항에 따라 고시된 최저임금의 월 환산액을 말한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)에 별표 1의 나이별 호프만계수를 곱하여 산출한 금액
