부마민주항쟁 관련자의 명예회복 및 보상 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제10조(진상규명을 위한 신고자의 범위)

① 법 제7조제3항에서 "친족관계에 있는 자"란 「민법」 제777조에 따른 친족의 범위에 포함되는 사람을 말한다.

② 법 제7조제3항에서 "특별한 사실을 알고 있는 자"란 부마민주항쟁과 관련한 사건(이하 이 조에서 "사건"이라 한다)을 경험하거나 목격한 사람, 사건을 경험하거나 목격한 사람으로부터 사건에 대하여 직접 전하여 들은 사람 및 사건을 문헌이나 기록으로 확인한 사람을 말한다. 다만, 사건을 경험하거나 목격한 사람으로부터 사건에 대하여 직접 전하여 들은 사람의 경우에는 경험하거나 목격한 사람이 특정되고 생존하고 있는 등 조사가 가능한 경우로 한정하며, 사건을 문헌이나 기록으로 확인한 사람의 경우에는 공신력 있는 문헌이나 기록이 있는 경우로 한정한다.
