부동산투자회사법 제44조의2(청산 시 채권자에 대한 최고)

청산인은 취임한 날부터 1개월 이내에 부동산투자회사의 채권자에 대하여 일정한 기간 이내에 그 채권을 신고할 것과 그 기간 이내에 신고하지 아니하면 청산에서 제외된다는 사실을 2회 이상 공고함으로써 최고(催告)하여야 한다. 이 경우 그 신고기간은 1개월 이상으로 하여야 한다.
