부동산투자회사법 제3조(법인격)

① 부동산투자회사는 주식회사로 한다.

② 부동산투자회사는 이 법에서 특별히 정한 경우를 제외하고는 「상법」의 적용을 받는다.

(2) A어 real^r릴 estate이스테잇 investment인^v베스트먼트 company컴퍼니 shall섈 be비 governed거^v번드 by바이 the^ð더 Commercial커머실 Act,액트 except익셉트 as애즈 specially스페셜리 provided프^r러^v바이디드 in인 this^ð디스 Act.액트

③ 부동산투자회사는 그 상호에 부동산투자회사라는 명칭을 사용하여야 한다.

(3) A어 real^r릴 estate이스테잇 investment인^v베스트먼트 company컴퍼니 shall섈 use유스 the^ð더 name네임 "real^r릴 estate이스테잇 investment인^v베스트먼트 company"컴퍼니 in인 its잇츠 trade트^r레이드 name.네임

④ 이 법에 따른 부동산투자회사가 아닌 자는 부동산투자회사 또는 이와 유사한 명칭(대통령령으로 정하는 외국어문자를 포함한다)을 사용하여서는 아니 된다. <개정 2023.8.16>
