부담금관리 기본법 제5조의2(부담금 존속기한의 설정)

① 부담금을 신설하거나 부과대상을 확대하는 경우 그 부담금의 존속기한을 법령에 명시하여야 한다. 다만, 그 부담금을 계속 존속시켜야 할 명백한 사유가 있는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

② 제1항에 따른 존속기한은 부담금의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 필요한 최소한의 기간으로 설정하여야 하며, 그 기간은 10년을 초과할 수 없다.
