복권 및 복권기금법 제29조의2(불용액의 복권기금에의 반납)

① 기관의 장등은 해당 복권기금사업의 취소ㆍ축소ㆍ중단 등으로 인하여 불용액(不用額)이 발생하였을 때에는 그 사유와 금액을 지체 없이 복권위원회에 통보하고 해당 금액을 복권기금에 반납하여야 한다.

② 불용액의 반납금액은 늦어도 다음다음 연도의 기금운용계획상 수입계획에 계상하여야 한다.
