복권 및 복권기금법 제26조(복권기금의 사용신청 등)

① 제23조제3항에 따른 사업에 필요한 복권기금을 신청하려는 중앙행정기관의 장은 복권기금의 용도, 신청금액 등 대통령령으로 정하는 사항이 포함된 다음 연도의 복권기금 사용신청서(이하 "복권기금 사용신청서"라 한다)를 매년 3월 31일까지 복권위원회에 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2016.3.29>

② 중앙행정기관의 장은 부득이한 사유로 복권기금 사용신청서를 제1항에 따른 기한까지 제출하지 못한 경우에는 복권위원회와 협의하여 신청기한을 조정할 수 있다.
