복권 및 복권기금법 제16조(위원의 임기)

① 복권위원회 위원 중 제14조제2항제2호의 위원의 임기는 2년으로 하며, 한 차례만 연임할 수 있다.

② 제14조제2항제2호의 위원의 결원이 생겼을 때에는 결원된 날부터 30일 이내에 보궐위원을 임명하거나 위촉하여야 하며, 보궐위원의 임기는 전임자 임기의 남은 기간으로 한다.
