보호소년 등의 처우에 관한 법률 시행령 제6조(보호소년등의 인수)

①소년원장 또는 소년분류심사원장(이하 "원장"이라 한다)은 법 제7조 또는 법 제12조에 따라 보호소년등을 새로 수용할 때에는 법원소년부의 결정서, 법무부장관의 이송허가서 또는 지방법원 판사의 유치허가장을 통하여 본인임을 확인한 후 인수하고, 인도기관에 인수서를 내주어야 한다. <개정 2014.1.28, 2021.4.20>

② 보호관찰소의 장은 유치소년을 원장에게 인도할 때에는 원본과 대조ㆍ확인한 유치허가장 사본을 제출하여야 한다. <신설 2014.1.28>
