보호소년 등의 처우에 관한 법률 시행령 제52조(상담조사 등)

① 법 제3조제2항제3호부터 제5호까지의 규정에 따른 상담조사, 검사의 결정 전 조사, 분류심사 업무를 할 때에는 의뢰기관이 요청한 영역에 대하여 실시한다. <개정 2014.1.28, 2021.4.20>
