보호소년 등의 처우에 관한 법률 시행령 제24조의2(징계대상행위의 조사)

① 보호소년등의 징계대상행위에 대한 조사기간(조사를 시작한 날부터 조사를 완료하여 처우ㆍ징계위원회 개최 통보를 한 날까지를 말한다. 이하 같다)은 7일 이내로 한다. 다만, 원장은 특별히 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 3일을 초과하지 아니하는 범위에서 한 차례만 그 기간을 연장할 수 있다. <개정 2021.4.20>

② 원장은 규율을 위반하여 징계가 필요하다고 의심할 만한 상당한 이유가 있는 보호소년등이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하면 조사기간 중 분리하여 수용할 수 있다.

③ 제2항에 따른 분리수용기간은 징계기간에 포함한다.

④ 원장은 조사대상자의 질병이나 그 밖의 특별한 사정으로 조사를 계속하기 어려운 경우에는 그 사유가 없어질 때까지 조사를 일시적으로 정지할 수 있다. 이 경우 조사가 정지된 다음 날부터 정지사유가 소멸한 전날까지의 기간은 조사기간에 포함하지 아니한다.

⑤ 제1항부터 제4항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 징계대상행위 조사에 관한 세부 사항은 법무부령으로 정한다.
