보호소년 등의 처우에 관한 법률 시행령 제13조(청원의 편의 제공)

① 원장은 법 제11조에 따른 청원서를 접수하면 지체 없이 이를 법무부장관에게 보내야 한다.

② 원장은 법 제11조에 따른 청원을 할 수 있다는 안내문을 보기 쉬운 곳에 게시하는 등 청원의 편의를 제공하여야 한다.

③ 원장은 보호소년등이 청원을 못하게 하거나 청원을 하였다는 이유로 불이익한 처우를 하여서는 아니 된다.
