보호소년 등의 처우에 관한 법률 시행령 제12조(보호처분 취소대상자 통지)

원장은 보호소년등이 법원소년부의 보호처분 결정 당시 10세 미만(「소년법」 제32조제1항제10호 처분의 경우에는 12세 미만으로 한다)이었거나 19세 이상이었던 것으로 밝혀지면 지체 없이 해당 보호처분 결정을 한 법원소년부에 그 사실을 통지하여야 한다.
