보험업법 제67조(환급청구권)

① 상호회사에서 퇴사한 사원은 정관이나 보험약관으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 권리에 따른 금액의 환급을 청구할 수 있다.

② 퇴사한 사원이 회사에 대하여 부담한 채무가 있는 경우에는 회사는 제1항의 금액에서 그 채무액을 공제할 수 있다.

(2) Where웨어 a어 withdrawn위^θ스드^r론 member멤버 owes오우즈 a어 debt뎃 to투 the^ð더 company,컴퍼니 the^ð더 company컴퍼니 may메이 deduct디덕트 the^ð디 amount어마운트 of어^v브 that^ð댓 debt뎃 from^f프^r럼 the^ð디 amount어마운트 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1).
