보건환경연구원법 제7조(시설 이용 등)

연구원은 보건 및 환경에 관한 실험과 검사를 위하여 의사ㆍ치과의사ㆍ한의사ㆍ수의사ㆍ약사 또는 환경 분야 관련인에게 그 시설을 이용하게 하거나 타인의 의뢰를 받아 보건 및 환경에 관한 실험 또는 검사를 할 수 있다.
