보건의료인력지원법 시행령 제3조(보건의료인력 종합계획의 수립)

보건복지부장관은 법 제5조제1항에 따른 보건의료인력 종합계획(이하 "종합계획"이라 한다)을 수립하는 경우에는 법 제6조제2항에 따라 같은 조 제1항에 따른 보건의료인력 시행계획(이하 "시행계획"이라 한다)의 추진실적을 평가한 결과를 반영해야 한다.
