보건의료기본법 시행령 제10조(간사)
① 위원회에 위원회의 사무를 처리할 간사 1명을 둔다.
② 간사는 보건복지부 소속 고위공무원단에 속하는 공무원 중에서 보건복지부장관이 지명한다.
