병역법 시행령 제68조(교육 통지서의 교부 및 교육일 연기 등)

Enforcement Decree of the Military Service Act, Article 68 (Delivery of Education Notices, Postponement of Education Dates, etc.)

① 병무청장, 지방병무청장 또는 관계 중앙행정기관의 장은 법 제33조의2에 따른 교육의 대상자에 대하여 교육 통지서를 교육일 14일 전까지 다음 각 호의 어느 하나의 방법으로 교육 통지서를 보내야 한다. <개정 2020.12.29>

② 병무청장, 지방병무청장 또는 관계 중앙행정기관의 장은 제1항에 따른 교육 통지서를 받은 사람이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 그 사유가 없어질 때까지 신청에 따라 교육일을 연기할 수 있다. <개정 2016.11.29>

③ 병무청장, 지방병무청장 또는 관계 중앙행정기관의 장은 법 제33조의2에 따른 교육의 대상자에 대하여 교육여비를 예산의 범위에서 실비로 지급하여야 한다.

④ 제1항부터 제3항까지에 따른 교육 통지서 교부, 교육일 연기 및 교육여비 지급 등에 필요한 사항은 병무청장이 정한다. 다만, 관계 중앙행정기관의 장이 실시하는 직무교육에 관한 사항은 관계 중앙행정기관의 장이 따로 정할 수 있다. <개정 2016.11.29>
