병역법 시행령 제68조의18(임무수행 태만 등의 범위)
Enforcement Decree of the Military Service Act, Article 68-18 (Scope of Neglect of Duties, etc.)
① 법 제33조의10제2항제8호에서 "정당한 사유 없이 맡은 임무를 수행하지 아니하거나 지연하게 하는 등 대통령령으로 정하는 사유에 해당하는 경우"란 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우를 말한다. <개정 2015.6.30, 2021.10.14>
(1) "Where he falls under a reason prescribed by Presidential Decree, such as failing to perform or delaying assigned tasks without good reason" in Article 33-10 (2) 8 of the Act means any of the following cases:

3. 근무시간 중 음주, 풍기문란 행위, 그 밖에 근무기강을 문란하게 하는 행위를 한 경우
3. Where he drinks alcohol, commits indecent conduct or otherwise disrupts work discipline during working hours;
4. 법 제33조의11제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 복무기본교육 또는 직무교육 중 대리참석하거나 무단으로 지각ㆍ조퇴하는 등 교육을 게을리한 경우
4. Where he neglects the basic service education or job education under Article 33-11 (1) or (2) of the Act, such as by having someone attend in his place, or by arriving late or leaving early without permission.
② 예술ㆍ체육요원이 법 제33조의10제2항제5호 또는 제6호에 해당하는 경우에는 같은 조 제3항에 따라 분기별 공익복무 기준에 미달되는 시간이나 허위로 제출한 시간의 2배만큼 공익복무 시간을 연장해야 한다. <신설 2021.10.14>
(2) Where a member of arts and sports personnel falls under Article 33-10 (2) 5 or 6 of the Act, his hours of public-interest service shall be extended, under paragraph (3) of the same Article, by twice the hours by which he fell short of the quarterly standard for public-interest service or twice the hours he falsely reported.
