병역법 시행령 제68조의11(예술ㆍ체육요원의 추천 등)

1. 병무청장이 정하는 국제예술경연대회의 경쟁부문에서 입상한 사람으로서 다음 각 목의 요건을 모두 충족하는 사람. 다만, 한국인의 참가비율과 입상비율 등을 고려하여 병무청장이 정하는 국제예술경연대회의 경우에는 경쟁부문에서 1위로 입상한 사람으로서 입상성적이 가장 높은 사람으로 하며, 입상성적이 같거나 입상성적을 확인할 수 없는 경우에는 병무청장이 정하는 추천기준에 해당하는 사람으로 한다.
