병역법 시행령 제169조의3(병무사범방지대책위원회의 운영)

① 중앙병무사범방지대책위원회 및 지방병무사범방지대책위원회(이하 "각 위원회"라 한다)의 위원장은 각 위원회의 사무를 총괄하고, 각 위원회를 대표하며, 각 위원회의 회의를 소집하고 그 회의의 의장이 된다.

(1) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Central센트^r럴 Committee커미티 on안 Measures메저즈 to투 Prevent프^r리^v벤트 Military밀러테^r리 Service서^v비스 Offenses어^f펜시즈 and앤드 of어^v브 each이치 regional^r리저늘 committee커미티 on안 measures메저즈 to투 prevent프^r리^v벤트 military밀러테^r리 service서^v비스 offenses어^f펜시즈 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 "each이치 committee")커미티 shall섈 have해^v브 general제너^r럴 charge차지 of어^v브 the^ð디 affairs어^f페어즈 of어^v브 each이치 committee,커미티 represent^r레프^r리젠트 it,잇 convene컨^v빈 its잇츠 meetings미팅즈 and앤드 preside프^r리자이드 over오우^v버 them.^ð뎀

② 각 위원회의 부위원장은 위원장을 보좌하며, 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없는 경우에는 위원장이 지명한 부위원장이 그 직무를 대행한다.

(2) The^ð더 vice-chairpersons^v바이스-체어퍼슨즈 of어^v브 each이치 committee커미티 shall섈 assist어시스트 the^ð더 chairperson,체어퍼슨 and앤드 where웨어 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 is이즈 unable어네이블 to투 perform퍼^f폼 his히즈 duties두티즈 for^f포 an앤 unavoidable어너^v보이더블 reason,^r리즌 the^ð더 vice-chairperson^v바이스-체어퍼슨 designated데지그네이티드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 act액트 on안 his히즈 behalf.비해^f프

③ 각 위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(3) A어 meeting미팅 of어^v브 each이치 committee커미티 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 all올 members,멤버즈 and앤드 resolutions^r레절루션즈 shall섈 be비 passed패스트 with위^ð드 the^ð더 consent컨센트 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

④ 이 영에서 규정된 사항 외에 각 위원회의 운영에 필요한 사항은 각 위원회의 의결을 거쳐 각 위원회의 위원장이 정한다.
