Enforcement Decree of the Military Service Act, Article 151-2 (Extent of Extension of the Upper Age Limit for Applicants)

소집 등에 의한 승선근무예비역, 보충역 또는 대체복무요원 복무를 마친 사람이 「국가유공자 등 예우 및 지원에 관한 법률」 제30조에 따른 취업지원 실시기관의 채용시험에 응시하는 경우 법 제74조의2에 따른 채용시험 응시상한연령의 연장 범위는 다음 각 호와 같다. <개정 2010.7.21, 2020.6.30>
