별정우체국직원 인사규칙 제42조(보증인의 재산조사 등)

① 관할 지방우정청장 또는 국장은 신원보증인의 재산 상태 및 그 적합 여부를 확인하기 위하여 연 1회 이상 재산증명서의 발급기관에 조회하여야 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 조회 결과 보증인의 재산 변동으로 인하여 보증인으로서 적당하지 아니하다고 인정될 때에는 2개월 이내에 보증인을 변경하도록 하여야 한다.

③ 국장 또는 직원이 제2항에 따른 기간에 보증인을 변경하지 아니하면 관할 지방우정청장은 해당 국장을, 국장은 해당 직원을 해임할 수 있다.
