별정우체국법 시행령 제42조의5(비업무상장해연금심의위원회의 구성 및 운영)

Enforcement Decree of the Special Post Offices Act, Article 42-5 (Composition and Operation of the Non-Work-Related Disability Pension Deliberation Committee)

① 법 제25조의14제2항에 따른 비업무상장해연금심의위원회(이하 "위원회"라 한다)는 위원장 1명을 포함하여 5명 이상 7명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.

② 위원회의 위원장은 연금관리단의 이사장이 되고, 위원은 다음 각 호의 사람이 된다. <개정 2017.7.26>

2. 과학기술정보통신부의 별정우체국 업무를 담당하는 4급 이상 공무원 중 과학기술정보통신부장관이 지명하는 사람

가. 「의료법」 제2조에 따른 의료인

나. 변호사 자격이 있는 사람

다. 그 밖에 사회보장급여에 관한 학식과 경험이 풍부한 사람

③ 위촉위원의 임기는 3년으로 하며, 한 차례만 연임할 수 있다.

④ 위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의(開議)하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

⑤ 위원회에 출석한 위촉위원에게는 수당과 여비를 지급할 수 있다.
