별정우체국법 시행령 제18조(재직자에 대한 실태조사 등)

① 연금관리단은 급여에 드는 자금에 대한 장기 판단과 급여제도 개선을 위하여 필요하면 법 제19조제1항에 따라 별정우체국의 직원에 대한 실태조사를 국장에게 의뢰할 수 있다.

③ 국장은 직원이 증감하거나 퇴직ㆍ사망ㆍ전출(직원이 퇴직한 후 그 퇴직한 날 또는 그 다음 날에 다시 직원으로 임명되어 퇴직급여 및 퇴직수당을 받지 아니한 경우를 포함한다. 이하 같다)ㆍ휴직하거나 그 밖의 신분변동이 있는 경우에는 법 제19조제1항에 따라 지체 없이 그 내용을 별정우체국을 소속 관서로 하는 우체국장(이하 "관할우체국장"이라 한다)을 거쳐 연금관리단에 보고하여야 한다.

④ 국장은 소속직원이 신규임용되었을 때에는 지체 없이 연금관리단에 직원 임용 보고서와 함께 급여카드교부신청서를 제출하여야 한다.
