변호사법 제7조(자격등록)

① 변호사로서 개업을 하려면 대한변호사협회에 등록을 하여야 한다.

② 제1항의 등록을 하려는 자는 가입하려는 지방변호사회를 거쳐 등록신청을 하여야 한다.

③ 지방변호사회는 제2항에 따른 등록신청을 받으면 해당 변호사의 자격 유무에 관한 의견서를 첨부할 수 있다.

④ 대한변호사협회는 제2항에 따른 등록신청을 받으면 지체 없이 변호사 명부에 등록하고 그 사실을 신청인에게 통지하여야 한다.

(4) Upon어판 receiving^r러시^v빙 an앤 application애플러케이션 for^f포 registration^r레지스트^r레이션 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (2), the^ð더 Korean코^r리언 Bar바 Association어소우시에이션 shall섈 enter엔터 the^ð디 applicant애플리컨트 in인 the^ð더 register^r레지스터 of어^v브 attorneys-at-law어터니즈-앳-로 without위^ð다웃 delay딜레이 and앤드 notify노우터^f파이 the^ð디 applicant애플리컨트 of어^v브 that^ð댓 fact.^f팩트
