변리사법 시행령 제17조의3(회칙의 기재사항)

Enforcement Decree of the Patent Attorney Act, Article 17-3 (Matters to Be Stated in the Bylaws)

회칙에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다. <개정 2014.1.28>

4. 회비에 관한 사항

7. 법 제17조제1항의 징계 사유에 해당하는 회원에 대한 징계 건의에 관한 사항
