Enforcement Decree of the Patent Attorney Act, Article 15 (Application for Authorization of Amendment to Articles of Incorporation of Patent Firms)

① 법 제6조의3제2항 후단에 따라 정관 변경의 인가를 받으려는 자는 정관 변경인가 신청서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 지식재산처장에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
