벤처투자 촉진에 관한 법률 시행령 제24조(벤처투자회사의 투자의무)

1. 법 제37조제1항제1호부터 제3호까지, 제6호 및 제7호의 사업에 사용한 투자금액으로서 중소벤처기업부령으로 정하는 방법으로 투자한 금액으로 산정할 것. 다만, 증권시장에 상장하기 전에 투자한 금액으로 한정한다.

2. 제1호에도 불구하고 벤처투자회사가 개인, 개인투자조합 또는 중소벤처기업부장관이 정하여 고시하는 벤처투자조합이 3년 이상 보유한 창업기업의 주식을 인수(개인, 개인투자조합 또는 중소벤처기업부장관이 정하여 고시하는 벤처투자조합이 인수할 당시 신규로 발행된 주식을 인수한 경우로 한정한다)한 경우에는 해당 인수 금액을 포함하여 산정할 것

3. 다음 각 목의 어느 하나에 해당하는 출자금액 또는 자본금은 벤처투자회사가 운용 중인 총자산(자본금과 운용 중인 모든 벤처투자조합의 출자 금액의 합을 말한다. 이하 이 항에서 같다)에서 제외할 것

4. 벤처투자회사가 운용 중인 총자산이 등록 당시의 총자산보다 증액되거나 감액된 경우에는 다음 각 목의 구분에 따라 산정할 것
