벤처기업육성에 관한 특별법 제16조의19(성과조건부주식교부계약의 신고 등)

① 주식회사인 벤처기업은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 중소벤처기업부장관에게 그 내용을 신고하여야 한다.

② 성과조건부주식교부계약에 관하여 이 법에서 규정하지 아니한 사항에 관하여는 「상법」을 적용한다.

③ 제16조의17부터 이 조까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 주식회사인 벤처기업의 성과조건부주식교부계약의 체결ㆍ해지 또는 해제, 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
