Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on the Promotion of Venture Businesses, Article 11-22 (Designation of Venture Business Promotion Zones)

① 법 제18조의4에 따른 벤처기업육성촉진지구(이하 "촉진지구"라 한다)는 다음 각 호의 요건을 모두 갖춘 지역으로 한다. <개정 2015.5.26, 2021.2.2>

(1) A어 venture^v벤처 business비즈니스 promotion프^r러모우션 zone존 under언더 Article아터클 18-4 of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 a어 "promotion프^r러모우션 zone")존 shall섈 be비 an앤 area에^r리아 that^ð댓 meets밋츠 all올 of어^v브 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 requirements:^r리콰이어먼츠

1. 해당 지역에 있는 벤처기업의 수가 「중소기업기본법」 제2조에 따른 중소기업(「소상공인기본법」 제2조에 따른 소상공인은 제외한다) 총수의 100분의 10 이상일 것

② 시ㆍ도지사는 법 제18조의4제1항에 따라 촉진지구의 지정을 요청할 때에는 중소벤처기업부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 지정요청서와 촉진지구 육성계획서를 중소벤처기업부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26>

(2) When웬 requesting^r리퀘스팅 designation데저그네이션 of어^v브 a어 promotion프^r러모우션 zone존 under언더 Article아터클 18-4 (1) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act,액트 the^ð더 Mayor/Do메이어 Governor거^v버너 shall섈 submit서브밋 a어 request^r리퀘스트 for^f포 designation데저그네이션 and앤드 a어 promotion프^r러모우션 zone존 development디^v벨럽먼트 plan플랜 to투 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 SMEs스메즈 and앤드 Startups,스타텁스 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Ordinance오더넌스 of어^v브 the^ð더 Ministry미너스트^r리 of어^v브 SMEs스메즈 and앤드 Startups.스타텁스

③ 중소벤처기업부장관은 관계 중앙행정기관의 장과 협의하여 촉진지구를 지정하고, 촉진지구를 지정하였으면 법 제18조의4제2항에 따라 다음 각 호의 사항을 고시하여야 한다. <개정 2017.7.26>
