벤처기업육성에 관한 특별법 시행령 제11조의20(실험실공장의 설치 등)

① 법 제18조의2제1항 전단에 따라 실험실공장을 설치하려는 자는 중소벤처기업부령으로 정하는 서류를 갖추어 그 소속 기관의 장에게 승인을 신청하여야 한다. 승인받은 사항을 변경하려는 경우에도 또한 같다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26>

② 법 제18조의2제1항제1호에 따른 학생이 제1항에 따라 승인을 신청할 때에는 실험실공장이 설치될 연구실 등을 관리할 책임이 있는 자로부터 설치에 관한 동의를 받아야 한다. <신설 2010.4.20>

③ 법 제18조의2제1항제3호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 기관"이란 다음 각 호의 연구기관을 말한다. <개정 2010.4.20, 2012.7.26, 2023.11.7>
