법학전문대학원 설치ㆍ운영에 관한 법률 시행령 제8조(조사위원의 임명 등)

① 법학교육위원회의 위원장은 법 제15조제1항에 따른 조사위원을 대학에서 법학을 가르치는 교원, 판사ㆍ검사 또는 변호사, 공인회계사, 3년 이상 교육행정에 종사한 공무원 및 학식과 덕망이 있는 자 중에서 임명하고, 조사위원의 임기는 위원장이 정한다.

② 조사위원은 사실조사를 이행한 후에는 결과보고서를 법학교육위원회에 제출하여야 한다.

(2) After애^f프터 performing퍼^f포밍 a어 fact-finding^f팩트-^f파인딩 investigation,인^v베스터게이션 an앤 investigator인^v베스터게이터 shall섈 submit서브밋 a어 result^r리절트 report^r리포트 to투 the^ð더 Legal리글 Education에저케이션 Committee.커미티

③ 법 제15조제2항에 따른 현지조사단은 법학교육위원회 위원과 조사위원 중 다음 각 호의 자로 구성한다.

④ 현지조사를 실시하는 경우 현지조사단은 법학전문대학원의 설치를 신청한 대학을 방문하여 법 제5조제1항에 따른 설치기준과 법 제6조제2항에 따른 세부기준에 따라 인가심사에 필요한 사항을 조사한 후, 그 결과보고서를 법학교육위원회에 제출하여야 한다.

(4) When웬 conducting컨덕팅 a어 field^f필드 investigation,인^v베스터게이션 the^ð더 field^f필드 investigation인^v베스터게이션 team팀 shall섈 visit^v비짓 the^ð더 university유너^v버서티 that^ð댓 has해즈 applied어플라이드 for^f포 the^ð디 establishment이스태블리시먼트 of어^v브 a어 law로 school,스쿨 investigate인^v베스터게잇 matters매터즈 necessary네서세^r리 for^f포 the^ð디 approval어프^r루^v블 review^r리^v뷰 according어코딩 to투 the^ð디 establishment이스태블리시먼트 standards스탠더즈 under언더 Article아터클 5 (1) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 and앤드 the^ð더 detailed디테일드 standards스탠더즈 under언더 Article아터클 6 (2) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act,액트 and앤드 submit서브밋 a어 result^r리절트 report^r리포트 to투 the^ð더 Legal리글 Education에저케이션 Committee.커미티

⑤ 법학교육위원회는 제4항에 따른 결과보고서를 법학전문대학원의 설치인가를 신청한 자에게 송부하여야 하며, 결과보고서를 송부받은 신청자는 결과보고서에 대하여 의견 등을 제출할 수 있다.

(5) The^ð더 Legal리글 Education에저케이션 Committee커미티 shall섈 send센드 the^ð더 result^r리절트 report^r리포트 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (4) to투 the^ð디 applicant애플리컨트 for^f포 approval어프^r루^v블 of어^v브 establishment이스태블리시먼트 of어^v브 the^ð더 law로 school,스쿨 and앤드 the^ð디 applicant애플리컨트 who후 has해즈 received^r러시^v브드 the^ð더 result^r리절트 report^r리포트 may메이 submit서브밋 opinions,어피니언즈 etc.엣세터^r러 on안 the^ð더 result^r리절트 report.^r리포트

⑥ 법학교육위원회는 설치인가 신청 시 제출한 서류, 제2항 및 제4항에 따른 결과보고서 및 제5항에 따라 제출받은 의견 등을 종합하여 설치인가 여부에 대하여 심의하고, 그 결과를 교육부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23>

⑦ 법학교육위원회의 운영, 조사위원의 임명, 심의절차 등에 관하여 이 영에서 규정된 사항 외에 필요한 사항은 법학교육위원회가 정한다.
