Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Establishment and Operation of Law Schools, Article 3 (Procedure for Approval of Abolition)

법 제5조제2항 후단에 따른 공립 또는 사립대학의 설립ㆍ경영자는 법학전문대학원을 폐지하려면 다음 각 호의 사항을 적은 서류를 갖추어 교육부장관에게 법학전문대학원의 폐지인가를 신청하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23>
