법학전문대학원 설치ㆍ운영에 관한 법률 시행령 제20조(평가위원회 조사위원의 임명 등)

① 법 제34조제1항에 따른 조사위원의 임명과 임기에 관하여는 제8조제1항을 준용한다. 이 경우 "법학교육위원회의 위원장"은 "평가위원회의 위원장"으로 본다.

② 법 제34조제2항에 따른 현지조사단의 구성에 관하여는 제8조제3항을 준용한다. 이 경우 "법학교육위원회"는 "평가위원회"로 본다.

③ 현지조사를 실시하는 경우 현지조사단은 교직원 및 학생 면담, 수업 참관, 자료 검토, 시설현황의 실제 조사 등의 활동을 통하여 설치기준의 충족 여부 등 평가에 필요한 사항에 관하여 조사한 후, 그 결과보고서를 평가위원회에 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2019.7.2>
