등록번호가 중복되거나 등록번호파일의 등록사항에 잘못이 있는 때에는 그 등록번호를 부여한 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 지체 없이 등록번호파일을 정정ㆍ정리한 후 이를 해당 사단이나 재단의 대표자 또는 관리인에게 통지해야 한다. <개정 2020.1.29>
