법인 아닌 사단ㆍ재단 및 외국인의 부동산등기용 등록번호 부여절차에 관한 규정 제7조의2(등록번호파일에 등록된 사항의 변경신청)

①등록번호를 부여받은 사단이나 재단의 대표자 또는 관리인이 제7조제1항에 따라 등록번호파일에 등록된 사항을 변경하려는 때에는 등기명의인표시의 변경등기를 마친 후 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 등록번호파일변경신청서(전자문서로 된 신청서를 포함한다)를 제출해야 한다. <개정 2020.1.29>
