법무부감찰위원회 규정 제6조(위원회의 회의)

①위원회의 회의는 분기마다 각 1회 개최되는 정기회의와 위원장이 필요하다고 인정할 때 또는 법무부장관이나 위원 3분의 1 이상의 요청이 있을 때 개최되는 임시회의로 구분하여 운영한다.

②위원회 회의는 위원장이 소집하고, 그 의장이 된다.

(2) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 convened컨^v빈드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson,체어퍼슨 who후 shall섈 preside프^r리자이드 over오우^v버 them.^ð뎀

③ 위원회는 토의사항에 대한 의결이 필요한 경우에는 위원 과반수의 출석과 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다. 다만, 감찰ㆍ감사 대상자에 대한 징계와 관련된 사항을 의결할 때 의견이 나뉘어 출석위원 과반수의 찬성을 얻지 못한 경우에는 출석위원 과반수가 될 때까지 해당 대상자에게 가장 불리한 의견에 차례로 유리한 의견을 더하여 그 중 가장 유리한 의견을 합의된 의견으로 본다. <개정 2020.4.28>
