법률구조법 제32조의2(공단의 손해배상책임)

① 공단은 그 임직원이 공단의 사무집행에 관하여 고의 또는 과실로 법령을 위반하여 제삼자에게 손해를 입힌 경우 그 손해에 대한 배상책임을 진다.

② 공단은 제1항에 따른 손해가 소속 임직원의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 발생한 것일 때에는 그 임직원에 대하여 구상권(求償權)을 행사할 수 있다.
