법률구조법 제20조(법률구조위원)

① 공단의 이사장은 법률구조사건의 소송수행을 위하여 필요하면 변호사 중에서 법률구조위원을 위촉할 수 있다.

② 법률구조위원의 위촉과 그 밖의 운영에 관한 사항은 법무부장관의 승인을 받아 공단의 규칙으로 정한다.
